How it works at Nomad
Closing dates rarely line up. When your new home is not ready, your belongings go into sealed wooden vaults at our Bishop Lane facility instead of a self-storage unit you have to load yourself.
Vaults are loaded at the warehouse dock, sealed with a numbered tag in your presence or on camera, and not opened again until delivery day. Short stays of up to 90 days can be priced into your long-distance estimate as storage in transit.
